Description
Serving classic dishes from four prominent Indian states; Rajasthan, Delhi, Goa and Maharashtra, 4 Kitchens brings traditional Indian flavours to Chapel Allerton, one of Leeds' most vibrant suburbs.
The eatery takes over from Siam Oriental. Inspired by the eclectic state of Rajasthani, 4 Kitchens is lined with authentic lamps, striking chandeliers and jail cell booths. Owners Hemant Ghosh, Tarun Bansal, Ranjit Tyagi and Sunil Sinha have designed the restaurant to recreate an atmosphere of the real India.
The food and drink menus utilise seasonal ingredients, with plenty of options for those looking for gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan and dairy-free dishes. Signature dishes include the Lobster Pepper Fry: a whole lobster rubbed with turmeric and garlic and served in a spicy onion gravy with tomatoes, button onions, tempered curry leaves and mustard seeds.
