Description
Teppanyaki bring theatrical Japanese food to Leeds.
The name of the venue derives from the words ‘hot plate’ and ‘to grill or fry’ – and that’s exactly the main event at Teppanyaki. While the venue itself is stripped-back, you’ll be too entertained by the friendly chefs who cook your meal on a hot plate at your table. Using theatrical skills, juggling, flipping and fire, the meal is prepared in front of you like never before.
As for the food, you’ll be served up a series of Japanese favourites, as well as sushi, seafood and fresh meat dishes. There are wines and beers available, as well as special pre-theatre dishes should you pop in before heading to the Grande Theatre or First Direct Arena.
