Following a major fire this summer, the popular 53 has recently reopened under a new name, 54, to mark the beginning of a fresh chapter for the club. And, like a phoenix from the flames, 54 is promising to be bigger and better than before.
Hoping to become 'Liverpool's ultimate super club', the venue is a whopping 5,000 sq ft and spread over two floors. Taking inspiration from New York's party scene and old school disco, features include a VIP mezzanine, state of the art sound system and wall of video. 54 will also host a regular roster of live vocal-house performances and DJ sets.
Whilst details are a little scarce on the ground for now, we're happy to see that the club has brought all the energy from 53 with them but packaged it into the more 'polished and popular version' that is 54.
