Awful experience. Paid £55pp (£385 in total) for the ‘all the jingle ladies bottomless brunch’. There was around 6 options on the menu at the time of booking, in which we were required to pre order. We placed our pre orders, then about a week later received multiple emails stating our pre orders were no longer valid as the menu had a ‘MAJOR glow-up’. How removing most of the menu and leaving 2 options can be called a glow up is beyond me. The night before the brunch, we noticed it was being advertised for £45pp, which is £10pp less than what we paid. We still attended as had booked trains and it was too last minute to find somewhere else. We attended the brunch, it took over 20 minutes to get some drinks. Around 1hr20 into the 2 hour event, our food was brought out FREEZING cold. We complained and spoke with the manager who got it heated for us. It was edible but majority of us left more than half, even though the portions were child size. Really would not recommend this for anyone. Although the staff and performers were lovely, it really is not worth the money. Also not the cleanest of settings.
