A new concept bar from The Alchemist group is open in Liverpool. Aether is a speakeasy-inspired cocktail lounge which pairs a 1920's aesthetic with live music and element-inspired cocktails to create an opulent ambience.
Following in Alchemist's footsteps, Aether's signature drinks, themed around water, air, earth and fire, are a theatrical treat and fantastically creative. Drinks include a fiery Chilli Chocolate, earthy Peaches & Bae Daiquiri and aquatic Botany Bay. The plush seating area indoors is matched with a sleek central island bar and an outdoor terrace overlooking Chevasse Park. This is the first Aether to be opened in the country, and following the success of previous projects by The Alchemist group, it'll be interesting to see what it has in store.
