Seel Street speakeasy, 81LTD has announced that it will be launching an all new molecular mixology menu. Working with bar consultant and expert mixologist, Stuart Bale, 81LTD owners John Ennis and Matt Farrell have been thinking up new and innovative ways to create drinks.
Hoping to thrill and confuse the tastebuds of its customers, 81LTD will be pulling out all the stops when its comes to these new concoctions to creat a whole new drinking experience.
Bale, who formerly worked as head bartender at the award-winning 69 Colebrook Row, and recently opened up The Crucible - a creative hub, training facility and consultancy enterprise for the drinks business - is well known as a master of his craft. The new menu will include sweets that taste like drinks, an 81LTD bespoke pineapple rum, a new kind of lime juice, along with drinks that taste of something wholly unexpected.
81LTD will launch its new molecular cocktail menu in early 2018 at 81 Seel St, Liverpool L1.
