This November, the air in the Constellations garden will be thick with the smell of cooking cheese as a new winter pop-up comes to the Baltic Triangle. Mélt is the brainchild of Joe Mannion and Michael Cary, the award-winning chefs behind former Rodney Street bistro Puschka, and now running Liverpool-based catering company New Bird. Featuring fondues, gooey raclettes and giant cheese toasties, as well as dairy-free options for the vegans, it's a real winter warmer.
Constellations will be decking out the yard with new upcycled church pews, and a roaring fire to keep your hands and noses toasty. The bar will also be serving speciality mulled wine and hot cocktails to warm your bellies. The official launch takes place this weekend, from 3rd to the 5th of November and Mélt's glorious cheese street food feasts will be available every weekend throughout the winter.
Mélt takes place at Constellations, 35-39 Greenland Street, Liverpool, L1 0BS. The pop up launches 3rd of November from 4pm and returns every weekend throughout the winter.
