Gaucho Liverpool
The Gaucho bottomless brunch in Liverpool is an absolute must-do for meat lovers. The eatery can be found in the former bank, a Grade II-listed building on 7 Water Street, and features towering marble pillars, making a grand setting to enjoy Latin-inspired food. The restaurant aims to bring the spirit and passion of Buenos Aires to the Northern city by serving up premium-quality beef courtesy of Black-Angus cattle bred at hand-selected farms. The brunch menu can be devoured on the last Saturday of the month from 11am onwards for £65 per person and features signature drinks like a citrus negroni paired with free-flowing starters (think empanadas, burrata or an Argentine sausage platter), a main like steak, egg and chimichurri, then a chocolate brownie for dessert.
