Description
What started in a basement in Manchester's Northern Quarter has now expanded to multiple locations across the UK, including Liverpool's Colquitt Street. NQ64 is the neon-splattered, retro arcade bar with a wide range of nostalgic consoles, specially chosen beers and game-themed cocktails.
Open five days a week and 'til 2am on Fridays and Saturdays, it's the place to head to if you're looking to go out with friends or celebrate a birthday in style. Its interiors create the perfect opportunity for Instagram photos, with dark walls lit up by fluorescent graffiti spanning the entire space, including the ceiling.
Arcade machines include crowd-pleasers such as Guitar Hero, Mario Kart, Space Invaders, Time Crisis II and Pac-Man, alongside original PlayStations and Super Nintendos. And on the menu? You'll find imaginative concoctions like the Mad Max Zombie, made using a house rum blend and guava, or the long and fruity Kong Island Iced Tea, as well as a mix of classics such as margaritas and espresso martinis.
