Description
Barton Rouge, the popular Indian restaurant, has opened their third site in Liverpool city centre. With venues in Cheshire and Heswall, the brand opened the new place in the former spot of Anderson's Bar, on Exchange Street in Liverpool's commercial district.
The third restaurant has space for 180 people and continues to fuse traditional Indian flavours with modern twists. There's an emphasis on grill food as the venue moves away from the idea of 'take-away culture' and instead focuses on fine dining. Expect dishes inspired by Old Delhi style street food, such as lamb pepper fry, saffron chicken, and paneer lambardar. Spread across two floors, the venue also has a bar that serves cocktails to match dishes along with beer and wine.
