Hudson House

Hudson House is a sleek seafood restaurant based in the heart of the city at Beetham Plaza. Serving their guests a range of fresh fish dishes - all cooked using fresh ingredients and made in the most intriguing ways - the venue draws in guests with its swanky surroundings and opulent decorations. 

Crucially, Hudson House is based in the heart of Liverpool, in the former bones of the old Heathcote site in Beetham Plaza. In tandem with the fresh feel of the menu, the venue itself boasts an incredibly opulent and stylish vibe. The white-painted wooden chairs fit with the white table cloths, cream coloured walls and large open windows to create a light, airy feel in the main dining area.

Of course, the menu of seafood dishes is the headliner here. Alongside refreshing oysters and a few vegetarian options, the kitchen will produce a variety of pan-seared fish and shellfish creations, such as classic sole mueniere and confit salmon fillets. To sweeten the deal, the bartenders offer a variety of hand-crafted cocktails and fine wines for guests to sink and disappear into.
