Waterloo's La Parrilla has been a staple for Mexican food for a few years now and finally the brand is opening a second restaurant, this time in the city centre. Located on Bold Street in Ropewalks, the new venue is bringing the same bold flavours to the area, from the brightly coloured furniture through to the spicy burritos and fajitas.
What we say:
Bold Street is becoming Liverpool's hottest new foodie destination and now there's another joint we can add to our 'must-try' list. La Parrilla is opening this October and will be the second in the restaurant brand. While the venue will feature many of the same favourites from their flagship store, there will also be some special creations for this new spot which is open from brunch through to dinner. The cocktail list is also set to make a reappearance, personally we can't wait to get stuck into nachos and one of their deadly daiquiris.
