The super-popular London-based restaurant is finally expanding up north, choosing Liverpool’s Albert Dock as their first site because of the city's history and trade links with the Far East. The philosophy behind the brand is sustainable, delicious food, with the menu featuring a variety of curries, noodles and rice dishes, ranging from the non-spicy Pad Thai to the eye-watering Spicy Beef Salad.
