Sapporo Teppanyaki

Boasting some of the highest quality Japanese food in Liverpool, Sapporo Teppanyaki has earned quite the name. Not only does this haunt front gorgeous interiors, but it also has an open kitchen where guests can watch the chefs in action, which adds theatricality to the dining experience.

With plenty of sharing options, from smoked chicken rolls made of beansprouts and mixed vegetables wrapped in a light pastry, to softshell crab in a crunchy tempura batter, served on a bed of spicy mayonnaise. There is also a fantastic selection of cocktails, such as a gine kissu with gin, lychee juice, strawberry puree and grenadine, and a sake flower with St Germain, elderflower cordial and lemon juice.
