Description
Situated within the confines of the George & Dragon in Acton; this microbrewery and pub proudly displays its copper fermentation tanks, a striking mural with foliage print and a list of previous landlords dating back to 1759 on the walls, as guests make themselves comfortable at the centre-piece island bar.
With acclaimed master brewer Conor Donoghue at the helm, the venue focuses on delivering top quality craft beer and ales to the people of West London and beyond. The Dragonfly Brewery is one of the largest brewpubs in the capital and features a spread of popular brews as well as unique seasonal blends alike.
The passion for beer extends to the food as well, with each of the bar snacks and main dishes on offer crafted with the tastes and flavours of the beers in mind. Bar snacks come in at £4 each or 3 for £10, and include anything from triple cooked house chips to deep fried mac and cheese via 'Achtung' beer battered onion rings. There's a range of burgers and hot dogs too; with the Fully Monty burger - stocked with two beef patties, smoked bacon and pulled beef brisket chilli - grabbing all the headlines.
Set in the charismatic George & Dragon, the Dragonfly Brewery provides revellers with an excellent location in which to enjoy some top notch food and drink in a historical setting.
