Vivo is bringing an authentic Italian experience to Islington based on the travels, passion and experiences of Will and Ben Thompson (the boys in charge). Expect an all day dining experience, with regional cuisine inspired by Italy on the menu at this bakery and restaurant. Freshly baked bread, pizzas and Italian savoury pies are just some of the top dishes you can expect. The main focal point is most certainly the 14 metre granite counter and drinks bar, while the open air roof terrace attracts a crowd in the summer. You can practically smell the fresh bread baking at Vivo! The dishes are delicious and with the owners being so passionate, guests will be given a mini-vacation to Italy, right here in Islington. The apertivo hour is particularly eye catching, and the early evening drink deals and complimentary snacks are popular among the after work crowd. The dark granite and wood stylings of the interior give it an authentic Italian feel with a modern twist. Check out Vivo as soon as you can!
