Each ingredient is carefully thought out, to create the perfect burger, even the cheese is melted down and added with a special ingredient to make it extra saucy. Dip & Flip is a place to enjoy premium quality burgers as well as Sambrook's on-tap pale ales, bottled craft beer, wines and even cocktails. If you're not up to a full meal Dip & Flip offer some hearty snacking sides including chicken salt fries and the French-Canadian classic poutine - which is essentially crispy French fries with cheese curds covered in a rich gravy.

After salivating about the food menu you can wait for your burger to be cooked with a refreshing pint of the draught pale ale. French-Canadians will be delighted with the fact poutine is on the menu, as it is a delicacy that is hard to find in the UK.
