The dinner was below average, apart from my main course fish stew that was actually really good the rest of the dishes were very poor! I mean presentation, flavours, it all was really poor! I also had a cocktail to start and it wasn’t good, way too sweet, tasted like a cheap pub drink! The receptionist was quite unwelcoming and kind of rude, the waiting staff was brilliant though, very quality service I must admit! The cinema experience was as big of a disappointment as the dinner! Yes the view was great and I loved the hot bottles (cute and useful) however the popcorn was stale as if it had been sitting there all day, and the screen was a tv, not a proper screen. Also hot toddy and mulled wine which originally were advertised on the website as included were actually £18 a glass extra! The hot toddy was relatively good but way overpriced! Overall I’d be glad to pay this money if this cute concept was executed well but it wasn’t, the whole experience was worse than mediocre… it’s a real shame…
