Only the finest cuts of meat are used creating, what can only be described as, a carnivore'€™s delight of bourbon BBQ ribs, rib-eye steak and house sausages. Vegetarians need not apply. Drinks-wise, it should be pretty obvious to anyone glancing at the menu that whisky rules the roost at Beard to Tail. It's a key ingredient to the bar with a massive range that could make the best whisky bars in London green with envy.
