Bottomless Brunch!

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight WFL Media Ltd and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.

Please ensure that you arrive on time to avoid disappointment as your bottomless drinks start from your bookings original arrival time! Your area will only be held for 15 minutes from your confirmed booking time after which management reserve the right to release the area to other guests.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your booking you will lose your area and any orders / pre-payments may be forfeited.

Table service will be provided for your booking. Our staff will keep your bottomless drinks topped up at your table for a full 90 minutes, so no need to go to the bar!

All deposits and pre-payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you cannot make it, please let us know with 24 hours notice and we can transfer your booking to a different Saturday.

In the event of a "no show" no refunds are given.

Our bottomless brunch bookings are allocated in 2 hour slots. If you wish to extend your time, please call and one of our team will try and accommodate you.

COVID 19 Guidance.
Due to Covid-19 and the guidance we are required by law to observe, you may experience a different kind of service from what you may be used too.
We ask that you please respect our staff if they ask you to observe these rules during your visit, this is a new and difficult time for everyone. To help us keep everyone safe we ask you please to note the following:
- Register the details of at least one group member when entering The Last Talisman, using the NHS test & trace QR code or the alternative QR we can provide.
- Ensure whilst in the venue that you maintain current social distancing measures and requirements from the UK Government
- Table service will be available for you and your guests.
- Guests are encouraged to pre-order packages to help table service run smoother.
- Please ensure you and your guests stay within your groups of 6 maximum and ensure that people in your group are from the same household or support bubble.
- Any guests that exceed the number stated on booking may not be given entry as we have a limited capacity.
- If you or any of your group experience Covid symptoms or feel unwell, please rebook for another date or cancel your booking.
