Located in the Town Hall Hotel, it's an elegant and modern affair in a fairly stripped-back space that ensures all attention is rightly focus on the bartenders that takes it name from its location and a "peg" being an old English term for a shot of liquor. Expect some truly inspired cocktails, with delicacies as "Salt Beef Sazerac" and "P+P Marmite Vodka" mixed using house-made spirits and carefully sourced selections from small distributors around the world.
