The guys behind the Cocktail Trading Company have moved home, ditching their clandestine abode in west London for a more prominent haunt out east.
CTC Brick Lane is a watering hole boasting a back bar featuring 400 spirits. Expect rustic features, an assortment of kitsch artefacts and an in-house distillery, which the bar team will use to produce their own bespoke spirits.
This is a venture brought to London by three of the city’s most prominent bartenders - Andy Mil, Olly Brading and Elliot Ball - and you can expect some of the most imaginative and boundary-pushing mixology as a result. Signature cocktails like the APairOTeef (pisco, cardamom-pear infusion, white balsamic and sparkling wine) and RumForrestRum (Colombian rum, chinotto wine and tobacco & rose essence) come in at £9, and offer a delicious and imaginative tipple served in bespoke vessels.
