Description
The Gallery Cafe is a not-for-profit vegetarian and vegan cafe situated near the Museum of Childhood in Bethnal Green. It's perfect for doing something a little different on a Saturday afternoon.
As well as the delicious vegan and vegetarian meals on offer, there is also a wonderful selection of cakes, including a vibrant red velvet. Come along to one of the numerous events, including live music, art exhibitions, film screenings, comedy and book clubs. Most of these events are free or very reasonably priced so that they can be accessible to everyone. The charity enables them to provide a range of volunteering opportunities, low cost office space and support for the community. A good year rounder, The Gallery Cafe is cosy in the winter and wonderful in the summer with its sunny terrace and garden.
