After the success of his chicken and steak restaurants, Mark Hix is opening yet another one; under this will be the location of the new Mark's Bar, also following from the success of Mark's Bar on Brewer Street. Following its predecessor's style, Mark's Bar has an old-school feel, with a welcoming charm. The venue takes its inspiration from New York, creating a chic space with a buzzing atmosphere. As with all Mark Hix ventures, the cocktails will be made to perfection; with all alcohol and liquors coming from new and established British drinks producers and made of only the best seasonal ingredients.

We are excited for a Mark's Bar to arrive in the East. If the other Mark Hix ventures are anything to go buy, expect a chilled and laid-back bar, with billiards tables to add a bit of fun to the place. They manage to design warm, welcoming venues with modern sleek furniture; perfectly blending the retro and contemporary into a young and fresh bar. Hix's venues have earned a reputation for whipping up among the very best cocktails in London, and we're expecting more of the same at this stylish new addition to the city scene.
