Description
The latest venture from the ever popular Catalan inspired restaurant and bar, Brindisa Food Rooms has opened under two Brixton railway arches, as the culmination of the food shop and chorizo grill already offered at Borough Market.
Brindisa Food Rooms is a Catalan inspired deli bar, based around the Catalonian cuisine enjoyed by owner Monika Linton when she lived in Spain in the 1980s. Everything offered on the bar menu will be on sale in the neighbouring shop; patrons can then look forward to purchasing goats cheese, basque salt cod, cuts of fresh Iberico meat, rotisserie chicken, fresh fruit and veg as well as loose ingredients including beans, pulses and rice.
