Specialising in Champagne and cheese, the bar allows guests to choose a selection of cheeses to accompany their Champagne, alongside European individual and sharing dishes such as charcuterie platters and oven-baked camembert. The raclette stall also gives guests the opportunity to take their favourite cheeses away with them.
Cheese + Fizz challenge the traditional view of Champagne as reserved solely for the wealthy; rather, he manages to source Champagne from small producers who are able to market their bubbles for less - they spend less money on international advertising and are thus able to reduce cost for the average consumer.
