What they say:
Sovereign Loss has now closed.
Intimate, broody and with an art deco tinge, Sovereign Loss is Prince of Wales' newest next-door neighbour. They’re a lively bunch; encouraging cocktail supping until 3am on Thursdays and 5am at the weekends. Cognac and vermouth themed drinks are a specialty, and this is your new place to glug locally brewed beer and mead plucked from Peckham.
What we say:
You won’t stumble across Sovereign Loss by chance. It’s an elusive, first-floor cocktail bar where you’ll need to buzz on the intercom by the ‘Trade Entrance’ before being escorted inside. But with fresh cocktails, an assortment of south London’s finest beers and plenty of bubbles, it’s well worth rooting out Brixton’s hottest new secret.
