Jimmy Inkz

Jay Patterson better known, as Jimmy Inkz aka Jimmy Inkredible is a refreshing rapper hailing from South West London, however his worldly experiences sets him apart from other artist who came from nothing into their greatness. As a child Jimmy moved around a lot and never really felt settled anywhere, travelling around with his family from country to country especially the 10 years he spent living in St Kitts from the age of 8.

Jimmy studied music production and Music business management at South Thames College and Westminster University where he crafted his unique sound never expecting a hand out but has always wanted to get his rewards from his hard work, dedication and raw talent. From his mellow, jazzy approach on tracks like My Lady and Give Me Reason to the Haunting warrior flows of Freedom Freestyle and One Less Freestyle taken from his 2014 mixtape R.A.W {Recorded After Writing}, Jimmy Inkz delivers his stories laced with love. Regardless of whether the topic is about an exotic female named Maria Jane or of triumph over life’s adversities, his smooth and gentle expressive tone sets a mood that all can vibe to.

His latest project The Experiment released October 2016 further proves his versatility. Production by Dre The Ghost and V Man, mixed by the multi talented producer song writer and MC Shai Sevin, The E.P shows the level of dedication this rapper has to offer the industry and just how hard he will go to reach his destination.

TheInkredibleHTMO™

Welcome to the Cookie show… for one night only but this will not be brief. South London is a hotbed of original talent, and this would include TheInkredibleHTMO™ aka Cookie Monster aka Black Jack aka Mobalaji Fukum. Cookie was born Mobolaji Osula, and was raised in Lewisham until the age of 14 where he was then educated in his native Nigeria. He later completed his studies at Bristol University, where he was a law student, but he always felt the call from music.

Bristol soon became his musical come up as he threw himself into the scene working as a producer in various studios, and later becoming a resident DJ on Ujima Radio with his own weekly afrobeats show. Cookie would later take his skills to various clubs across the city building a solid and dedicated fan base.

His electric energy energy and vibrant personality also attracted the attention of the notorious musical collective OTB, where he features on tracks and videos with then fellow OTB artist DeJay including St Paul’s Jamming and Bblyn VS DeJay, further sharpening his artistry, not only as a producer but also as an artist in his own right.

In November 2016 TheInkredibleHTMO™ ventured out on his own and independently released his first single reaching number 4 in the official southwest top 10 with banger Whine and Roll. His distinctive tone and straight to the point lyrics are instantly recognizable and his hunger for the game has brought him back home to London where he has been constantly in the studio collaborating with business partner and fellow producer Whoakeemosabi.

“AfroJack” is his self coined sound; heavily afrobeat inspired with sounds 'jacked' from genres across the board that will make you get down and shake what your mama gave you, as well as make you reflect on the injustices and struggles of a young black man in this time.

Sienno

Sienno are an electronic duo based in London, comprising of Christian Campbell and Octavia Van Oss. Christian met Octavia at Uni where she studied music and he studied music computing, in which he primarily focussed on interactive audiovisual installations (such as toneglow and Immersion and Interaction).

They've been writing music together for the past few years and they've carved out a unique sound by combining organic, downtempo house with emotive vocals.

Christian's primary focus has always been producing and incorporating interesting and emotive chord progressions with atmospheric, unique sounds.

Octavia has always had an affinity for song writing, composing countless songs from a young age. She has a strong interest in film composition and during university became fascinated in the emotional response film music can create and always tries to incorporate this in her own compositions and vocal performances.

Sienno have their eyes set on achieving big things in 2017; they plan to release their debut album, and take their infectious sounds to festivals across the country in the summer.
