The Pearson Room officially launches on the 20th May. The soft launch is taking place between Monday 29th April until the 19th May, allowing for staff and kitchen training, and limited reservations will be taken.
The Pearson Room is an exciting new venue coming to the banks of Canary Wharf with an incredibly impressive collaborative offering. The site is the brainchild of Sunaina Sethi - former sommelier of Michelin star restaurant Trishna in Marylebone, and will deliver food from lunch until late. The menu will be an eclectic cocktail of various international cuisines, with a focus on sharing plates. The wine list will be devised by Sunaina Sethi and the cocktail list will be a joint venture by the team behind Purl and Worship Street Whistling Shop.
