Set in The Hilton London Bankside, The Distillery is a suave lounge bar where you can revel in daytime drinking or sink into some evening supping.
Fitted out with a style that beckons both retro style and refined class, The Distillery comes complete with leather chesterfields, art deco finishes and bespoke furnishings to create a space of ambient drinking. Satisfying those sophisticated souls out there, this bar is inspired by its heritage on the site of a former essence factory from the 1800s and features a range of specialist cocktails that all fuse home-made aromatics, infusions and bitters. Mixology is master behind the bar here so expect nothing short of tailored perfection.
There's sharing platters and bar snacks to be had too so you can tuck into some nibbles with your social occasion. try their Chickpea and Tahini hummus with warm garlic, Khobez bread and Five spice dusted crisp fried Pork belly with chili, lime and soy dressing on for size.
