Colbert is made up of traditional decor (obviously belonging across the channel), smells of Parisian cuisine and coffee, and completed with the perfect people watching outdoor seating any respectable French establishment offers. For these reasons, it is easy to ignore the road names outside, with their tell-tale SW1, the British accents of the customers and embrace the atmosphere European-style, with two cheek kisses.
