Engel Bar

Description

Engel Bar is a speakeasy inspired by the hedonism of 1920s Berlin, with strong drinks and live cabaret.

Cocktails range from the classics right through to experimental signature serves, like the Prinz Von Berlin which invites guests to change the appearance and even flavour of their drink with a mini paint palette. There's also a great wine list, choice of beers and some delicious non-alcoholic serves.

Set within the Grade I Listed Royal Exchange, it has opulent Art Deco interiors, with plush armchairs overlooking the building's landmark courtyard and red velvet banquettes ideal for business or pleasure.

There's also a weekly live music schedule including monthly burlesque nights and there's even an all-day food menu complete with a raw bar and a hot dog trolley if you get peckish.
