You are advised to read the following Terms & Conditions carefully. Restaurant All bookings are subject to acceptance of the Terms & Conditions set out below. They will apply to all guests who attend on the evening so please forward to all members of your party. No variation of or addition to these Terms & Conditions shall take effect unless agreed by Proud Cabaret in writing. Please read the cancellation policies carefully below. The Credit card we take at the time of booking will be charged automatically for no shows, cancellations and any other amount due but not paid on the night including group surcharges, without further notice. There is no refund on online purchases. Please note, due to the layout of our restaurant, we cannot guarantee exact seating plans, as our table plans are subject to change in order to accommodate the different party sizes we have attending. Our booths accommodate up to 6 people, so if you are a larger party, you may be split across separate booths – but always next to one another! Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is payable at the time of booking. Unless otherwise indicated, this amount will be deducted by Proud Cabaret from the Credit Card taken over the phone. The deposit will be deducted from your final bill at the end of the evening. A Service Charge of 15% will be payable on the amount of your final bill at the end of the evening. Management reserves the right to increase this Surcharge to 20% of your final bill where the behaviour of your party during the evening is deemed by the Management to have been unacceptable. Payment: All Guests are advised that a maximum of 3 different cards per table will be accepted on paying the final bill at the end of the evening. Admissions: Proud Cabaret Camden has a strict dress code and rights of admission are at the absolute discretion of the staff. Proud Cabaret Camden insists that our performers, staff and venue are nothing short of stunning and we ask that you join in the fun and dress to impress! Full burlesque or period outfits or black tie /smart suits will always be welcome and you will feel right at home! Gorgeousness is always rewarded. No jeans, trainers or suchlike clothing will be permitted to enter. Due to the venue layout and the low light atmosphere which is consistent with the general use of the venue, we cannot accept liability for any accidents which occur from the wearing of high heels or other types of raised soles other than those worn for podiatric reasons. Management reserves the right to remove any guest from the Venue for any reason. Rowdy and unruly behaviour will not be tolerated. All attendees to any event held on the premises must be aged 18 or over. You are ultimately responsible for all of the guests in your party. Timings: We ask that you are diligent with your booking time and arrive as close to this time as possible! Failure to do so might result in your table being sold. If you arrive after 8pm, it is under the discretion of the door to allow entry as the show would have started. Also, please keep in mind that if you arrive late, then this will put a delay on your food and beverage orders. Table Service: Personal table service will be provided all night. Restaurant guests are not permitted to buy drinks directly from the bar. To ensure speedy service, we ask all customers to pre-order their food. (This means that all you have to worry about on the night is which cocktail to choose!) Menu choices must be sent to Proud Cabaret Camden using our Tell The Chef system at least 72 hours before the date of your booking. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking. All dishes on the menu are seasonal and subject to change at Proud Cabaret Camden’s discretion. Hen & Stag Parties So you are celebrating your last night of freedom, and we are glad you chose to celebrate it with us! We do have a few guidelines when it comes to Hen & Stag Parties, so please read the below carefully. Surcharge to 20% of your final bill where the behaviour of your party during the evening is deemed by the Management to have been unacceptable. Hens: Proud Cabaret has a strict dress to impress policy and so although we are happy for hen parties to dress in fancy dress appropriate to the venue (eg. Burlesque), we will not accept ‘L’ plates, party hats etc. These can be removed and left with the hostess or receptionist. Please remember we are a restaurant, and so will not allow any “phallic” items such as straws or headpieces in the restaurant, if visible, you will be asked to discard of the items. We will hold the items in our cloakroom for your collection at the end of the evening. Stags: The best policy is to enjoy your arrangements without causing distress, annoyance or damage to the venue, our staff, or any other customer within the venue. Guests must not, under any circumstance, touch or talk to any of the staff or acts in an inappropriate manner. Management retains absolute discretion to decide what is ‘inappropriate’. By booking with Proud Cabaret, the booker agrees to accept responsibility for each of your group members and the group undertakes to conduct itself in a proper manner. If you or a group member acts in a manner that threatens or disrupts the safety or enjoyment of others, or acts inappropriately we may remove you from the premises without notice. No refunds will be given. Dress rules apply as per the admission rules above. Cancellation: Bookings of Fewer than 10 People: We will take your credit card details at the time of booking. If you cancel at any time before 1 week prior to your booking date we will deduct only the deposits. If you cancel within one week the full price ticket per person will be automatically deducted from your credit or debit card provided at the time of booking. Bookings of More than 10 People: We will take your credit/debit card details at the time of booking. If you cancel your booking more than 7 days prior to your booking date we will deduct only the deposit per person. If you cancel at any time after 1 week prior to the booking the full ticket price per person will be deducted. Reductions of up to 20% may be made with 2 weeks notice after that the deposits will be deducted from your credit card. For all bookings: you hereby agree that the full ticket price per person for any guest who does not attend on the night may be debited in the credit card used at booking to be debited automatically with. In exceptional circumstances Proud Cabaret reserves the right to cancel bookings with immediate notice and will be under no liability to the client for any loss which the client may sustain as a result of cancellation or suspension. This does not affect your statutory rights. Reschedules: All parties who wish to reschedule can do so in writing to info@proud.co.uk at least 1 week before the original booking date to do so. The pre-paid deposit will be transferred over to the new date and no further action is required. If rescheduling is after 1 week before the booking, all guests’ deposits will be lost and guests will have to pay the full amount of their bill on the night without any deduction for the deposit.
