Located on the twelfth floor of the DoubleTree by Hilton, Savage Garden is a swanky cocktail bar made of date night dreams. Embracing a ‘brutal yet sultry, urban yet opulent’ aesthetic, everything here is bold, brash and open for a party. There is a north-facing terrace that’s weather-proofed by a retractable roof, which regularly undergoes seasonal transformations and is available for private hire. And for when the weather turns warmer? There’s also a south-facing gin terrace, boasting picture-perfect views of the Tower of London and the River Thames beyond.

The cocktail list here is curated by mixologist Andre Cavalheiro, who has created a theatrical menu with drinks like Wild Poison and Devil’s Advocate. Meanwhile, their Executive Chef Damien Chorley is responsible for a menu of sharing boards and sliders, think tempura oysters, squid sticks and colourful honey miso aubergine sliders. This place lives up to its name too, with a roster of DJs, musicians, and events to keep the party going all weekend long.
