We'll start with the cocktails, which are essentially unlike anything else you'll find in town. The guys in charge take age-old classics and breath a fresh lease of life into them with their innovative barrel aging techniques. They've taken these fan favourites and allowed them to simmer in oak barrels, metal, leather and glass to give their drinks that extra kick.

Once you have sampled a couple of these fresh new concoctions, you can enjoy a delicious bite to eat from the menu. Tender steaks come courtesy of the Josper Grill, and are accompanied by homemade sauces and condiments. There's also a range of other options including scallops carefully sourced from the Isle of Man, bone marrow, beer-braised bunny 'sausage' rolls and a well-balanced charcuterie board.
