This innovative bar concept comes from two of the world's best bartenders.

Tayēr + Elementary has landed in East London, transforming an old post office in Old Street into a cocktail haven. With founders Alex Kratena (of Artesian Bar at The Langham) and Monica Berg (of Oslo's Himkok) leading the charge, you can expect creative cocktails in a suave space. 

Split into three concepts; there's Elementary and Tayēr; both focused on drinks, and Outthink; which functions as a creative studio and private hire space. With Scandinavian simplicity and Japanese minimalism at the core, Kratena and Berg aim to create a streamlined experience for both bartenders and patrons.

Kick-start your day with breakfast and bottomless coffee at Elementary and stay for small plates and draught cocktails served from a bespoke tap system. There's even a large communal bar. Meanwhile, at Tayēr, you'll find an experimental menu and daily changing cocktail list. Tā Tā Eatery are providing the foodie goods, with their signature sharing plates and Katsu sandwich.
