The bar area at the Hilton Tower Bridge has undergone a huge revamp, with £500K having been spent transforming the space into a cool new independent bar called TwoRuba. The venue is being designed as a relaxing space perfect for a light lunch, an informal business meeting or even an evening catch up with friends. Set to be open from 7am until 2am during the week (1am on weekends), you should be able to head there pretty much any time you fancy.

Speaking of drinks, the bar will be serving up a variety of gin and champagne cocktails, designed to bring a hint of luxury to your visit. Within earshot of Tower Bridge, this chic new bar looks to offer after work City drinkers a place to unwind, with a healthy contingent of locals also enticed through the door at the same time.
