The Dairy, located just a stone's throw from Clapham Common tube station, is a bar and bistro that serves the people of Clapham for breakfast, lunch dinner. The venue opens for the early birds (8am), who have a hankering for a quick bite to eat or coffee before work; and the late license of 2am will cement The Dairy's status as the place to be, whatever the time. Robin Gill has an impressive CV of past work which includes: Head Chef at Almeida (popular Islington Eatery), Head Chef at Restaurant Sauterelle (all day dining experience at The Royal Exchange), and Noma (voted World's best restaurant 2012, 2011 and 2010). So guests can expect fireworks in the kitchen.
