The Experimental Cocktail Club have added another venue to their collection; bringing the Parisian wine bar Compagnie Des Vins Surnaturels Seven Dials to Covent Garden. Just like the Experimental Cocktail Club, it draws inspiration from the beautiful, artistic city of Paris. The focus is on bringing lesser-known wine producers from around the world to the menu (steering clear of all thing mainstream). They have a frequently changing selection, and offer only the 'cleanest wines from hand laboured vineyards'. Their extensive and unique wine list is carefully developed by the general manager and head sommelier, Julia Oudill, making sure you are ordering nothing but top quality wines.
