• We will hold your table for a maximum of 15 minutes past your booked arrival time. Please note that after this time we cannot guarantee your table will still be available
• Should a member of your party be refused entry, we can offer a refund for this guest +1 only.
• We do not offer refunds on any payments made.
• All pre-ordered food & drinks are only redeemable on the day of your booking/event and are not transferable.
• All Bar Tabs, Drink Tokens and Per Person Unlimited Packages are only redeemable on the day of your booking/event and are not transferable.
• Should you be unable to attend your booking we can offer an alternative booking date or credit note to rebook with us within a certain time period. Please note that the credit note period may vary. We require 24 hours notice.
• If booking brunch, all guests will be allocated to a table with seating space. All other reservations will have an area reserved made up of a mixture of seating and standing space where we will aim to seat up to half of the group.
• We are not able to guarantee any specific seating requests however we will do our best to accommodate where possible.
• Please note we are a cashless bar and only accept card payments.
