4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.

The worse NYE Party i have ever been too. No standing or sitting area when both of us arrived for about an hour. When we were standing trying not to let the whole situation spoil our night, we were in the way of anyone & everyone passing. No space at All. We missed one of our small plates of food in which we had pre paid for due to the fact we didn' have a table. The entertainment was very poor, the burlesque dance stated early, so we missed that, so all we have is a solo saxophonist that was trying to keep up with the pop songs the DJ was playing & he only played when he felt like it! -

Worst NYE party ever. This place is TINY! Ok for some drinks with friends but very POOR choice for a NYE event. Meagre entertainment which ended early, quiet DJ with poor music taste and NO ATTEMPT to celerate or count down the new year. I will avoid next NYE
