What they say:
Below the new Covent Garden restaurant, Heaton, Butler and Bayne - new venture from Robert Siegler (Broadway Market's The Market Café and Le Deuxieme) - lies a cocktail den straight out of Mad Men. A beautiful space inspired by the 1960's and designed in the same fashion as the upstairs; bold statements made by stark furniture and clean lines. The comfortable and relaxing bar will hold high leather bar stools, where guests can enjoy their favourite tipples in chic sophistication.
What we say:
Situated below (and taking its name from) a stunning building, that was once a 19th century stain glass factory, the cocktail bar at Heaton, Butler and Bayne is the perfect retreat for an after work drink. Ignoring the lack of 60's costume, the bar doesn't vary much from a scene out of Mad Men. Make like the hard-working Don Draper and brood over the day's problems whilst propping up the bar, or steer clear of the public eye and hire out the "Board Room" for private functions. This will be an intimate and highly sought after bar, with space for 12 seated and 40 guests overall; a place to mingle and relax.
