Briggs & Williams will offer a chilled, intimate space in the heart of Dalston when it opens on the 15th May 2014. They'll be on hand to serve up a spread of cold food and hot drinks in a homely setting; with a dedicated bar area for a few cocktails thrown into the mix too. With room for around 30 guests, Briggs & Williams aims to establish a cosy hangout perfect for the good people of East London to eat, drink and socialise.

It's always great when you see a former minicab office transformed into a seriously enticing cafe and bar, designed with the local community in mind. We'll wager you feel the same too - unless you happen to work for a taxi firm that is. Briggs & Williams already looks all set to become a firm fans favourite in Dalston; with the promise of sandwiches, cakes, hot drinks and alcoholic tipples causing a lot of people to sit up and take notice. An exciting addition in East London that is well worth keeping an eye on.
