Description
Farr's School of Dancing is a community-minded pub and restaurant located within a saunter of Dalston Junction station. The School of Dancing is decked out with high ceilings and exposed brick work, as well as featuring a smattering of vintage artefacts like lounging banquettes, cinema seating and branded sweets and beermats. The pub plays close attention to its heritage, with the venue taking its name from a 1930's dance school that used to stand on the site. In the basement lies a wonderful spirit led cocktail bar, a really sophisticated spot for drinks without being too exclusive.
Keen to strengthen its ties with the community, Farr's sources the grand majority of its alcoholic beverages from local breweries, and strives to ensure that every guest who comes through the door samples only the finest standard tipple. With the venue soon to add a first floor restaurant and basement speakeasy bar to its armoury, this hospitably endearing hangout certainly ticks all the boxes.
