Situated on the famous Ridley Road Market sits the eponymous Ridley Road Market Bar. The laid back bar in the heart of Dalston serves Red Stripe, Cocktails and Coffee till late. The chilled vibe is evident, not only in the location but also in the décor – a throwback to the tropical scenes made famous by such historic sites as Club Tropicana. The entire venue screams of the tropics with vibrant primary colours, bountiful bowls of fruit lining the bar and the faux wooden panelling.
The tropical theme filters from the décor into the drinks, evident with the signature ‘ginger mojito’. If hunger strikes, order meatballs from Luca's Italian (next door) and Ridley Road Market Bar will be more than happy to allow you to eat at the bar. With its late closing hours between Thursday and Saturday, you can really spend your entire evening here, drinking, eating and dancing.
