What they say:
Working under the belief that what Dalston needs is an all round venue to give you your pub, bar, nightclub and cabaret needs in one mouthful, Jonny Woo is busy transforming what used to be The Paradise Inn into The Glory. Tapping right into the local flavour, he's bringing in people from the local area to help, such as Zoe Zoe Argiros from Dalston Superstore and drag pal John Sizzle. They want flashing lights, flashing, dancing and all the rest of it; can't wait!
What we say:
There's always room for this kind of exuberantly odd and fantastically frivolous establishment, especially in the creative central of Dalston. Doubtless, hoards of people will don their boas and head down for spontaneously memorable evenings with only a dash of trauma thrown in. Not for the shy and retiring, this is one place it's OK to let your freaky flag fly.
