What they say:
Ping is a new London bar opening in August offering a super combo of Ping Ping tables, cocktails and hand-made Italian pizza, bruschetta and flatbreads. This huge fun-time resort will have three tables for playing Ping Pong, two bars and a kitchen and dining area supervised by Bruno Elias from the Pizza Academy. How do you like the sound of these? The Ceviche (focaccia base, labneh goats cheese, cod ceviche, passion fruit sauce and basil leaves) or The Truffle (fior di latte mozzarella, truffle sauce, roast potato and homemade sausage). You've just wiped up the drool from the corner of your mouth? We thought so.
With a cocktail list imagined by none less than Bungalow 8's top mixologist Chris Cwiek their drinks will be bursting with flavour and exotic blends. We're already craving The Chandler Ping- a watermelon martini embedded within frozen fruit and a Rhubarb Aperol Sprit.
What we say:
It's refreshing to sometimes swap the lazy sofa seating or dance floor bouncing for something a little different. Ping Pong is a fun game to play with your friends or for a hands-on date and West London doesn't have enough of them! The traditional Italian Pizzas sound delicious and we've heard there will be some vanity-friendly features such as full figure special mirrors and health-conscious food and drinks. Yes, we could definitely feel 'five a day' of frozen fruit, injected with gorgeous spirits and swimming in a beautiful cocktail glass at Ping's bar and kitchen to be beneficial to both body and soul.
