Description
Below the Smoke, Rök Smokehouse's new subterranean bar, will transport patrons right into the role of Nordic forest forager--without the spare of any class, of course, through a set of magnificent libations and small plates.
Bank on cool, Scandinavian vibes as you sip on a collection of ten seasonal, nature-inspired cocktails served up by resident booze magician, Matt Whiley. Expect to sip on the unexpected, as Whiley mixes his creations with ingredients such as duck bone distillate and birch sap shrub to offer a totally organic surprise to the palate.
As for Below the Smoke's food, items are as minimal as they are delicious. In between drinks, snack on flavourful versions of simple favourites such as cardamom almonds, house jerky, and duck pate with fermented cloudberry on Knäckerbröd.
