Passing Clouds, is the Dalston Arts Centre; a venue dedicated to providing interesting cultural projects in the Dalston community for all. They actively support many campaigns and are set on promoting a strong sense of community.
They hold over 14 events of all varying sorts, a week; with a weekly people's kitchen, spoken word, hiphop showcases, town talks and a lot of live music and jam sessions. The music varies greatly event to event, ragtime and swing, reggae, gypsy swing, Afrobeat, folk and funk. An intimate space, Passing Clouds has a low stage, a small bar, but is set over two floors, and dancing is compulsory, especially once you hear the music.
