Kench & Bibesy. The latest venture from the naughty little tricksters that gave us the ever so brilliant Evans & Peel Detective Agency, they've only gone and thrown us another curveball. Fronting itself as an industrial looking bar with floor to ceiling windows, concrete light fittings and the obligatory dose of exposed brickwork - they're not fooling us. 

Seek out the secret door in this sleek interior and you've stumbled upon Bibesy, a subterranean speakeasy-style haunt, where it's all about fun, theatre and crazy cocktails. Look forward to a dimly lit cocktail bar, with wooden walls, tables made of copper piping, rifle-bearing taxidermied squirrels and the same high quality cocktails, flawless service and absolute, seemingly effortless style of its predecessor.

During the day, Kench & Bibesy serves lunch, dinner and take away sandwiches - ideal for a quick stop off for lunch; all food served is both sustainable and locally sourced. The drinks in the basement bar focus on crisp, bold flavours, offering a cool selection of wines, Champagnes and microbrew beers alongside a menu of innovative cocktails.
